The Bulbous Poreleaf is a large species of flower that can be found in caverns in the seafloor of the Lilypad Islands of Sector Zero of 4546B. The plant itself cannot use photosynthesis, as it is hidden in cave tunnels, so instead chose to become a filter feeding plant which passively intakes water, and any microorganisms or even Giant Cotton Anemone spores, into its orange leaves, and ejects cleaner water out. Sometimes, it uses pores to house its bright orange seeds before they become ripe. However, when they are ripe, they get forced out by the passive current, after weakening the part connecting the seed and the plant.

The Information above and name is not canon to subnautica. In game, it cant be scanned, so i decided to go with what i thought it would be.
